24th September 2013 i came here after buying a GrabOne deal offered... first of all the ladies were lovely during the treatment, but they had a poor way of communicating and I got the feeling they didnt understand what I wanted. I told them subtle highlighting, as I was aiming for a slight lighter colour in prep for summer. I was given red/ginga streaks throughout my whole hair- definitely NOT subtle. I was horrified with the result, but they were insistent it was what i had asked for. I went as far as asking them for advice if I were to buy packet dye to cover it up. I left unsatisfied and very upset. I even had to TELL THEM one side of hair was way shorter than the other- so at least they fixed this...still very unprofessional. I re-dyed my hair immediately as I was so embarrassed with it. When I returned to the salon the following weekday to voice my disappointment, they couldn't believe I was being so rude coming back and made no effort to make amends. Even after dying over my hair, the huge streaks are still noticeable. I have never experienced this bad a service from a hairdresser. Very disappointed and unethical!
