Beginner(TM)s lessons block course Every Tuesday night a week over a 4 week period, starting the first Tuesday of each month
Freestyle Rock(TM)n(TM)Roll, means you learn the moves of the 50's & 60's Rock'n'Roll dance, also with move form Cero, Swing, Jive and Salsa.
To give a large range of dynamic moves, so you can dance to many different types of music
Lessons from 7.00 pm to 8.15 pm: for those how do the lessons are welcome to enjoy the social dance evening till 10pm. At no extra cost.
Rock'n'Roll dance is a great way to lose weight as it(TM)s considered to be a form of aerobics exercise
