Strategic Property Management is a financially sound well established company which has been operating from offices in Ellerslie for over fifteen years. The business which was formerly the rental department of Blue Circle Group (Harcourts) became a separate entity in September 2007. The reason for this change was to place more focus on residential property management so as to provide the best possible service to both property owners and tenants.

Strategic manages property throughout Auckland estimated to be worth half a billion dollars for hundreds of satisfied clients. The company holds a rental franchise with Harcourts Group.

With seven highly experienced and fully qualified property managers supported by a top administration team Strategic strive to maximize the return for their property owners while minimizing the risk. From the outset we appoint a dedicated property manager who is responsible for that property and is the property owner(TM)s single point of contact.

Managing Director, Graham Peterson is a qualified real estate agent who has specialized in property management for more than 12 years. He focuses on managing the Team across the full range of their property management activities lending his extensive experience where necessary.. Graham is also a qualified Quantity Surveyor. Bob Stubbs, Director - Finance and Administration, is a qualified real estate agent who has been active in all facets of property and real estate for 30 plus years.
