Welcome to Tahi - Cafe & Specialist Beer Bar.
Tahi (One in Te Reo or Maori language) is inspired by our love of beer and the cafe cultures of the world particularly Europe.
We have used Asian/pacific influences combined with the Spanish eating style of Tapas to provide a menu designed to be shared whilst enjoying our award winning beers and wines.Our beers are sourced from around the globe but we are especially proud of our range of New Zealand beer.

Tahi Cafe and Bar is a unique experience especially for lovers of beer, with a range of bottled beers second to none. Tahi can have up to sixty different beers and more often than not the majority are from small boutique breweries scattered around New Zealand.
We serve a fantastic Pale Ale (LPA) from Leigh Sawmill Brewery and a superb organic Pilsner from Harringtons, Christchurch, the Rogue Hop on tap.
The majority of our beers are brewed without the aid of chemicals or preservatives and some are organic.
We also offer a choice of low and non alcoholic beers.
Tahi is open from 11am , 7days a week.
FINDING US
Tucked away in its own little world Tahi is down a small lane and has entry from two streets.
We have to lovely outdoor areas. Our rear garden is covered and protected from the elements and
is ideal for kids. We will even provide the toys and books to keep them entertained whilst you enjoy your snack and beer, wine or coffee.
We are directly opposite the I-Site Information Centre on Baxter Street, next to Westpac.
Tahi is available for Private functions and we have the perfect location for small events, be it a birthday, engagement
or corporate event.

Tahi has to be Warkworths preferred meeting place. Friendly staff, great beer (amazing choice) and a variety of wines. With the bar food and fish n' chips available it really fills a niche for the town. PLUS Tahi supports the local musical community and provides an encouraging environment for emerging talent, Jam nights and a cool band venue. Great stuff guys! Keep it up.
