Not having sold coins before, I was very pleasantly surprised how easy Gold Smart made the whole transaction. Their price was very fair and the process very quick and easy. I would highly recommend this firm.

I would definitely recommend Alisson's company as very friendly, open and for providing a fast service :-) as well the money I received for my golden rings were based at much better rate as you can find out at other places in Auckland! So I was so happy to receive the cheque straight away without any hassle! Thank you, Alisson!

I recently used Gold Smart by finding them through the internet. After a few emails i decided to take my unwanted gold ring and a broken gold chain to there business. I found the process hassle free and Anita was excellent to deal with. I would reccomend to family or friends and i will definitely keep Gold Smart in my mind for other pieces which i need to sell in the future. Thank you

They gave me reasons to trust their ethics and professionalism. Once I got to their office the Gold Smart team did a great job of looking after myself and my interests. I even learnt stuff while with them. I recommend Gold Smart wholeheartedly. They are a fantastic business, run by honest and professional people, and a safe place to trade your gold. I am coming back to them to buy and store gold (and other metals) as an investment. That is how much I trust them. Lastly, they got in touch with me later in the week to thank me for the business. That is class. You want to do business with people like that.

I decided to sell my gold to Gold Smart because of their excellent prices and how helpful they are. If there was no Gold Smart I may have given my gold away or sold them for less than their real value. Meeting the team at Gold Smart was a great help for me and they are the nicest people I've ever met!
