Why Frozen?For most people on gluten free diets the freezer is their best friend. Gluten free products don't last as long as their wheat based counterparts, at least without a lot or preservatives and other nasties. The vast majority of our products have no preservatives and are therefore kept frozen so they stay fresh.
Because our products are frozen on the day of production they taste just as fresh when they are defrosted as the day they are made. One of our tricks is to pop frozen muffins and cakes into the kid's lunchboxes so they are defrosted and fresh to eat by lunch time.

Often other allergies and intolerances accompany a gluten free diet. All our products are wheat free and gluten free but we also stock vegetarian, dairy free, soy free, nut free, yeast free, sugar free and egg free.
