DB&S is an architectural and building services company with over 40 years experience. The team consists of a registered architect and building services engineer. We are based in Waiuku and we have projects all over NZ. We specialise in environmental and sustainable design from small house alterations to larger community projects. We design existing and new residential developments, schools, commercial and community projects. Some specific projects, school swimming pool complex and large Marae Wharekai and Ringawera facilities.
