This place has lost a regular customer. Although they are somewhat overpriced I felt the reasonable service and the fact that the are conveniently located made up for that. I have a loyalty card which I tried to redeem. I had one space left and three items. So instead they gave me another card with 2 stamps and said I could use the loyalty card next time. So I go to use it this time and the women at the counter double stamps my loyalty card and then argues with me that it wasn't full I gave her both cards the empty one bar 2 stamps and the full one. I again had three items so she could have worked something else out. She absolutely refused and told me I was wrong it was not full when you could plainly see it had been double stamped. So again they have lost a regular customer who won't be going there again.
