Regency Plumbing replaced our leaking hot water cylinder with a gas hot water cylinder. They were very professional and kept us informed all the time. They were also well priced. We can't speak highly enough of the service we received. Will definitely use them again.

The service was good .. job done satisfactorily The issue i have is with the charges to replace a leaking 15mm plastic tee . Copper at 2 entries . butiline at the 3rd . Charges $55 travel OK . !hr labor $95 ? 5 parts $78 must be 100% markup. All plus gst Total $262 . Either iam out of touch or i have been ripped .

I have use Regency 3 times so far, installing gas hot water system, fixing leaked pipe, repairing gas heater. I am very happy with their services. They turned up on time, and get jobs done quick and up to standard. The price they charged is reasonable as well. .

I have used Regency Plumbing before and had no hesitation in using them again. After a leak from our toilet I called them & they were here the same day and had the job done. No more wet feet in the middle of the night, They did a good job.

I can recommend Regency Plumbing to do a quick and thorough job. Very pleasant plumber, Ricky, took his time to check out the Gad Hot Water Cylinder that had stopped and cleaned the necessary parts and it was up and running much to my relief. A least honest plumber would have told me I needed a new cylinder. Thank you Ricky and Regency plumbing

I have needed reasonably urgent plumbing services twice in the past few months and each time Regency Plumbing has responded quickly and efficiently. When I discovered my hot water cylinder leaking last November they were able to send someone to replace it the very next day, and at a competitive price. We recently discovered a leak in a water main under the driveway and again received a very prompt response and advice, even though it was a holiday weekend. We are first time customers of Regency Plumbing but will certainly return to them when we need other work completed. I love the fact they they were on time, professional, & everyone I dealt with in the company, ( 4 x different individuals), were courteous, obliging & customer-focussed. Plus, they solved the problem!!

We had a water leak in our bathroom and Wade from Regency Plumbing called to attend to it. He was very professional, communicated the problem to us and had soon identified and fixed the problem. I can recommend Regency Plumbing very highly.

HOPELESS.... I had Regency 'plumbers' install a brand new hot water cylinder in my rental. The first plumber put the [tempering] valve on back to front so the tenants only got luke warm water for a few seconds. The second plumber from Regency was critical of the first plumbers 'workmanship' and put it in the correct way around. The cylinder then worked brilliantly for hours until one of the brand new parts they supplied and installed sprang a leak and flooded the two lower floors of the townhouse. An insurance claim was made for the cleaning company to come in. The third plumber from Regency replaced the part again. It worked brilliantly for a few hours before it flooded the top floor and the lower two floors again. This time the cleaning company had to drill dozens of holes in the lounge wall to force air into the wall cavities to dry the house. Industrial sized fans ran for a week and drove the poor tenants loopy. The fourth plumber replaced the faulty faulty part and it has worked well ever since. I am now $5,000 out of pocket for my insurance excess because Regency say it is not their fault and refuse to pay out of their insurance. WTF ? If you are looking for a good cleaning company I recommend JAE. If you are looking for a good plumber, I recommend anyone but Regency. See you at the Disputes Tribunal Regan. Hang your head and your "100% satisfaction guarantee" in shame.

This is a very unfair review. Everything in the review has been dealt with and the job - hot water cylinder is all working fine. Yes there was a part (product) issue which was unlucky that started this drama (not a part we normally use or recommend however it was what the merchant delivered so we used it to get the job done on the day). Bad move, but since then we changed the part to the model we normally use and needless to say it is resolved and working well. Immediate response service was offered and help was offered as much as we could. Despite the failure I understand Terry was happy at this point. In hind sight we should have taken the parts back to merchant and swapped them from day one, however that is by and by now. The outstanding issue which I do sympathize with Terry on is him being left out of pocket with a big excess. This is no excuse for Terry posting this bad review. I am very limited in what I can say as it is an insurance dispute at present although it is because Terry is part of a body corp and his insurance company closed the file that has caused most of the issue. Our insurance company has also been difficult although I have just spoken to our broker again and he has put a lot of pressure on them to resolve this. I had suggested to the broker that I pay the $5000 to Terry and then chase the insurance company myself for reimbursement, as a gesture of goodwill, but it did make it risky around the integrity of our statement as it was a manufacturers failure. I will not be doing this now that he has damaged our reputation as the premium plumbing company of Auckland for no reason at all. Terry knows I have tried to sort t as I cc him in on my emails to broker. Needless to say we hope to resolve this issue for Terry as soon as we can, and you can be sure that we will stand behind any job we do. You can trust us 100%.

Saw their flyer in the mailbox and needed a few jobs done. Phoned and arranged a time. Arrived on the dot - did the work. Great friendly guys who got on with the job. More than exceeded my expectations and I will be using Regency Plumbing again. No complaints from me.

Thank you. I have an old villa with old appliances and any repairs require skill, ingenuity and experience. Regency Plumbing fixed all 4 problems with none of the usual "rip it out and get a new one" unwanted advice. They were also pleasant and accommodating. I freely recommend them to all.

I have been let down by tradesmen in the past so naturally I was abit worried which was a waste of time. Paul Toa was on time and so professional and polite. And the lovely Hayley on the phone ever so professional. Thank you Regency for your excellent service. You are an epitome of customer service. Regan you are doing an amazing job leading such an awesome team, Regency you should be proud of yourselves.

We have just competed a bathroom/kitchen renovation adding gas hot water and cooking. These guys are wonderful. Nothing is too much of a problem. No hidden costs. Totally up front and honest. Excellent communication throughout the development. Always on time. Sub contractors good. Nice to work with people you can trust.

Before new grand-daughter arrives from Spain needed some good quick plumbing action for faulty bath taps and hammering noise from water system, Regency was quick to call back and very soon both problems were sorted. Tom the plumber was very efficient and courteous. Would use again.

Regency installed a gas hot water system in our home recently. They arrived on time, got the job completed on the day and were very pleasant. I was impressed at the attitude of the guy in charge who was explaining everything clearly to the apprentice. Price was exactly as quoted, very happy to recommend them to others.

I was in contact with Regency Plumbing regarding a leak issues in my bathroom in Kohimaramara. My call was answered within one ring, I was able to arrange a plumber for the time and day I required and the booking was completed in less than a minute. The plumber arrived at the time stated and was able to resolve the issues in a quick, friendly and speedy manner. Everything from beginning to end went perfectly. I would highly recommend these plumbers as being professional and easy to deal with.
I was in contact with Regency Plumbing regarding a leak issues in my bathroom in Kohimaramara. My call was answered within one ring, I was able to arrange a plumber for the time and day I required and the booking was completed in less than a minute. The plumber arrived at the time stated and was able to resolve the issues in a quick, friendly and speedy manner. Everything from beginning to end went perfectly. I would highly recommend these plumbers as being professional and easy to deal with.

I came across Regency Plumbing at the Home Show in Waitakere. They had promotion on a gas hot water system & after speaking with Regan, who was friendly & informative, I purchased the deal. I entered the draw for a night at Sky City, & to my surprise, I won! Thanks so much for this! The unit has been recently installed & they have been very understanding with working around other work we've had going on & the tight deadline we had to work with. The unit is working great & the truckload of family we had staying are grateful, as there was plenty of hot water for everyone!

I attended a recent Home Show and obtained a quotation to install a Instant Hot Water System. At the pre- installation visit I was informed that there was ano0ther option. This saved me nearly $1000. I went ahead with the installation plus 3 other jobs that I was able to do due to the huge saving. I am so pleased with the completed jobs, we now have a Regency Plumbing magnet on the fridge and their phone number on the speed dial. You cannot get a higher recommendation than that. The guys from Regency Plumbing changed my tab in the bathroom. They were pleasant on the phone, turned up on time, the plumber got on with the job straightaway and cleaned up after himself. They charged the price they had provided. It is worth knowing reliable plumbers and that is why I would recommend their service to anyone.

had them come out and fit a small plastic part to our toilet, parts cost $50, he was here 20 minutes, total bill $210!..I would use them only for big jobs, there minimum call out fee $150..I should have asked first :)
