27th July 2010 For a small place i have never waited so long for a burger, that was pre-cooked, cold and about $10 over priced. The management should take a look at the way the meals are presented and served. My recommendation is that you give this place a miss and maybe try somewhere else, atleast you wont wait an hour for a heat and serve burger

28th June 2010 This is one dining experience i wish to forget. i ordered the Fish which came out uncooked and sloppy like it had been left in water for a few days, my Husband ordered a medium rare Steak but came to us blue, i swear if it had legs it would have walked of the plate!. The girls behind the counter were rude and were more interested in talking among themselves than serving customers. I have dined at Hot Springs Hotel around 12 months ago and found there service, food and hospitality wonderful, where they went wrong im not sure. Its a shame things changed, as it was a great family Restaurant, now i would not go back.!
