23rd January 2014 I do not recommend this company. Sales rep went into my roof and said everything will be all ok. When the installers turned up, they said the couldnt do the job due to the condition of my ceiling. Ok, fair enough, it is an older house as with the million others in Auckland, what solution can you offer? Nothing. So, I rang the rep, all I got was an apology (I got the feeling a bit of ducking for cover was taking place) so I ended up talking to the boss, he recommended a couple of his other installers could come around for a look and see what could be done. He did advise that they were very busy. So, I left it for a few months, contacted the boss that I would like them to come round and 6 months later I'm still waiting.

24th August 2013 Awful from start to finish. Incompetent, disorganised, inept and just awful. Only one bright spark the one sales guy who knew his stuff and has gone to bat for us so often after one stuff up after another. Have lost count of how many. Staff aren't happy people, contractors and suppliers aren't happy and oh yes your customers aren't happy. Avoid Right House the hassle is just not worth it.

3rd September 2012 Like the above I would not recommend righthouse. They sold us a 'child friendly' heater that burnt our son. In the time it took them to return my call to tell me they couldnt get it serviced for a week (now 3 weeks after initial call!!!!) the heater manufacturers had been and serviced the heater (same day I called). If you want service and correct information regarding heater safety etc AVOID RIGHTHOUSE!!!!

21st June 2012 Made contact through EECA to get quote for under floor insulation. Agreed time to meet. No one turned up. Followed them up with a phone call. They said they will have the installer contact me to make another time. 2 weeks on still no response. This has been a 2 month waste of time using Right house.

28th June 2011 My dealings with this company have been awful. The work they did was up to standard but dealing with the company after that has just been awful(very painful). They did not charge the credit card I gave them and did not send the bill or letters to the right address. Instead of calling me and saying we lost your details they went straight to a credit agency and they then loaded there fees on to the bill. I am refusing to pay that amount and will only pay what I was quoted. My suggestion if you can is to get someone else to do the work
