4th July 2011 This is definitely the best Naturopath I ever come across!!!! I had real problems with urinary tract infections to the point that it affected my kidneys. I tried everything and nothing worked for long. I started seeing Helen 2 years ago and since 1.5 years I am completely UTI free which is just unbelievable!!!!

10th June 2011 I can't recommend Helen enough, she has changed my life considerably!
I was having grand mal seizures on a fairly regular basis, I wasn't allowed to drive, the seizures affected my life a lot. I didn't want to go on medication because of the side effects and possible birth defects when wanting to conceive. I was looking for an alternative and luckily for me Helen moved to Wellington around this time.
Now, after being under her care for the last 2.5years I haven't had a seizure for over 2 years now. As you can imagine, I am so happy! Helen never promised to "cure" me, just separate the time in between seizures as much as possible which she has done.. More than I could have ever imagined!
Now I am taking her preconception advice and my partner is also seeing her... He is just as impressed with her knowledge and advice.

26th June 2009 I have been working with Helen as my Nutritionist/Naturopath since the beginning of the year. Wanted to make a change in my life and lose weight, improve my fitness and get ready for competition fighting again. I was weighing in roughly at 71kg when I started the program with her. With much encouragement and knowledge she helped me reach my goal of 62kg before the fight. (A journey that took roughly 3 months). The only reason i give 4 stars instead of 5 is because i'm one of her first clients in Wellington and can only imagine that as she gets more settled here, she will only improve. Most of last year I was struggling with getting my nutrition right. Helen has made it easy to do.
