These guys are the best, i use them at least twice a year, nice tidy cars, very helpful staff(rennie dr by airport) quick pick up and drop off i wouldn't use anyone else. AA++++++++

Service was excellent. Omega picked us up from our airport hotel early in the morning and allowed us to leave the car at the hotel when we were leaving. Would have no hesitation in using them again.

I booked the cheapest car avaliable on a special deal. Very friendly service and helpful staff. No problems at all, fast, helpful and courteous. Car was very good as always nearly new (2003 Nissan Sunny).It Was very clean and tidy. Picked us up and dropped us off back at the airport very quickly. Would definitely be the best car rental experience I have ever had and would definitely go back to them again.All the very best.........

Everything was great except finding the airport dropoff....the location map when we picked up the car in the city didn't have the airport location, and there were no signs as you approach the airport. I had given up on making a flight after driving around for a half hour but once we found it the shuttle driver was helpful and got us to the airport fast enough to somehow make the flight. Need signs!

They have cheap rates and there are some nice staff there so if you're travelling alone or as a couple wanting a cheap car, Omega is a great option for you. I wouldn't recommend to families with young children though. The carseats are old and dirty and they don't install them unless you're there to witness it. Therefore, if you're picking the car up at the airport outside of office hours, you have to do it yourself while expecting the kids to wait patiently in the carpark after a long flight.
