Baby Vegetables
We are New Zealand(TM)s largest supplier of fresh baby vegetables and supply most of the major markets throughout the country. This product range is specifically aimed at the top-end of the restaurant and catering industry under our Delmark brand but is also pre-packed for retail trade and sold through most supermarkets throughout New Zealand.

Baby Leaf Salads
Southern Fresh Foods specialise in exotic salad crops such as wild rocket and baby watercress. With a regular trial program in place, we are constantly trialing new varieties of baby leaf salads with seed sourced from around the world so as to be able to offer New Zealand(TM)s chef(TM)s the latest in fresh cut salads. Our baby leaf products are predominantly supplied into the foodservice and retail trade but are becoming increasingly popular with food manufacturers searching for unique and exotic flavours.

Fresh Herbs
Fresh Herbs is one of Southern Fresh(TM)s fastest developing markets, supplying both the food service industry and also food manufacturers and processors.
With quality and consistency of supply being an integral aspect of herb production, our expertise has proved invaluable in developing this market. With a full washing and chilling facilities on site, we can offer a completely washed and sanitized product, ready for food manufacturers to use in their production.
