Was impressed by my first visit last Saturday. Busy place so hard to get assistance but had a long and helpful conversation with the installer re the fitting kit & head unit I was looking at. Booked in for today to get it installed. Show up and oh, if you want the steering wheel controls to work you need to buy an extra kit, $150. Well that hadn't come up in what I thought was a fairly comprehensive discussion the previous week, and having read the manufacturers specs it sounded like it came with all it needed, unlike other models which said you had to buy a separate kit. But what would I know, I've never had a decent stereo in a car yet. I'd spent quite a bit of time deciding which HU to buy factoring installation and fitting kit to my budget. Having only bought the car last week I don't have a spare $150, so all I achieved was wasting two Saturday mornings. Cheers.
