Ohakune adjoins New Zealand's only World Heritage Park Tongariro, famous for its magnificent scenery, splendid walks including the Tongariro Crossing, and is also home to Mt Doom and Gollum's Pool. This is Middle Earth at its finest.
Close to shops, picture theatre, supermarket, ski shops etc, we have 9 well appointed ground floor units, including spacious self contained chalets, all of which are serviced daily.
New to the Alpine, our 4 bedroom fully self contained townhouse.
We also have a forty bed lodge which consists of two, three and four berth rooms with shared facilities, and central kitchen area with Sky TV.
Our Restaurant SASSI'S with its deserved reputation, offers superb casual dining in a relaxed warm atmosphere. We are fully licensed and open seven days a week for breakfast Monday to Saturday for dinner.
