Robin's passion for fitness, his sincere commitment to his clients, his effective training regimes and his relentless energy are the driving forces behind his client's accomplishments.
Robin studied human functional anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, as well as received coaching experience in a wide variety of sports. Because advances in research and technology are constantly changing fitness theory and their application, Robin stays abreast of these changes through continued education and research to constantly improve his training techniques and add more value to his services to clients.
Although Robin specialises in weight-loss and strength and conditioning, he is also a certified personal training coach and a sport conditioning specialist, having worked with Tony Bougarty and various sports teams. His formal education coupled with a lifetime of competitive sports allows Robin to provide sports specific training as well as detailed body composition and fitness testing, weight loss and body sculpting programs, strength training, muscle building programs and various indoor and outdoor fitness sessions.
