Captain Transporter uses highly experienced transportation companies who shift your vehicle or your auto part with the utmost care.
Generally pick up's are made the day after booking, or, are arranged at your convenience. Rural pick up's are usually no more than two days. North Island deliveries are generally three days, North Island to South Island usually five working days.
30th November 2012 I would not reccomend this company. My vehicle was damaged during transit. I paid extra for insurance. After lengthly emails and phone calls they decided that there was no 'factual evidence' the damage had not already occured before they picked it up. They are also very rude to deal with. I was always the one chasing them up - communication is terrible! They told me my vehicle would arrive the following day and then it turned up a couple of hours later when there was noone home. Very unprofessional - go with another company.

31st July 2012 I would be very careful in using this company I had a very bad experience using them, I paid a lot of money for them to transport my Vehicle from Nelson to Gisborne in good faith, firstly it took about two weeks to get here, all correspondence was always on my part and had to ask them over 5 times to tell me when it would be with me. Then when it did turn up is was missing parts, when I asked Tony what the story was he said they had just simply fallen of in transit. We are talking about a 60 year old vehicle that had never before in its life had any of these parts just fall off, You draw your own conclusion on this.

26th April 2010 I would not recomend This transporting company. They damaged my car (during transporting, scraping the front bumper). They have refused to pay out. In my case i payed extra for insurance. When the car was delivered the damage was noted. They are still refusing to pay and the service has been shocking. They have also gone to the trouble of editing the dockets so they do not correspond corectly and they say the damage was already there. WATCH THIS SPACE!
