We are very disappointed with what was shown on the website as compared to what was actually sent. I think the picture on the website is a clear misrepresentation of what was actually sent. We had sent a wreath to the passing of a very dear friend and feel very sad and by the fact that we were taken advantage of. Whether this was intentional or not I do not know of but it is most disappointing. I would appreciate if you could please relook at your business practices.

Hello Shunil, Once again my most sincerest apologies for this. As explained in my earlier email, we do have a new florist in training and I am so sorry that this was not up to our normal standard of fullness. We have already refunded $100 back to your credit card, but I know that I can't make up for your disappointment and I know how upset you must be and I really am very sorry. This morning I received by email a photo of the bouquet I ordered late yesterday. This is a level of customer service I've not ever received from any florist previously and I think that is fantastic! The bouquet was beautiful and a lot bigger in true life than the catalogue picture I chose from. Price was reasonable and I got the further advantage of free local delivery. The online ordering process was easy peasy. I will use them again in future and highly recommend this business.

My friend in San Francisco needed flowers sent for a funeral at 1pm. It was so good to find a florist who went the extra mile to ensure the flowers would be delivered. The website made it very easy for my friend to choose what she wanted. thank you to the team at Best Blooms.

The search online to find a special Christmas Hamper for a client seemed daunting - until I found Best Blooms. Hands down one of the loveliest hampers I have seen and I am positive our client is going to be delighted. The website was very user friendly and I also had an online chat with an extremely responsive and helpful lady...all in all a great experience. Filing their info for next years deliveries too.

I work here so i want to share that with you first -but these people are the genuine article and well deserve the Top Shop award. They really believe in what they do - bend over backwards to help their customers and are real sticklers for quality and freshness of the flowers. You wont be disapointed.
