I have dealt with Health Pride for several years, and have always found they give great service - good communication, friendly and extremely helpful. My orders have always arrived promptly, and the catalogue, especially the section for living aids, is excellent - it has things I find very useful and can't find elsewhere. Good one, guys! :-)

I should have checked this one before ordering that thing and waiting for the prize which said i've won $1000..... It turned out that the price i won is not the money amount written on the scratch card but a mini clock....Upon reading this reviews,its actually by a code on the back. This is really deceiving!!!!!....Hope people out there will be able to see this...Expecting they have won money but not...

I had a great experience with Health Pride. It's unfortunate some of the other people here didn't, but I found them very helpful over the phone and they took my order no problems with quick delivery. Hopefully this means all the complaints were looked at and helped improve their business for the better.

I placed an order from the catalogue on 4th April 2012. According to the Bingo card I had won a cash prize of$1,000. .After a lengthy silence by Health Pride I phoned them on several occasions with regard to non receipt of my purchase and prize.I have been fobbed off with ridiculous excuses such as "we are extremely busy".On phoning today (30th May) I have been advised that I should have received a "letter of delay" from them!!!! Another excuse. On suggesting that this was a scam there was a vehement denial. What else can one think.No suggestion of cash refund.Not worthy of a star rating.

I am also another foolish person who won $1000 and placed an order. 2 months later after 2 emails it arrived, from Australia which is not stated in their brochure. Another email to both NZ and Australian offices to be told no you did not win. This site makes me feel better knowing myself and others here should give this to FAIR GO and stop this type of making people order under false pretenses.

Money Order No# 1315492 placed on 28th Feb 2012, items have not been received, along with Bingo Cash Prize $1500 plus screwdriver set. The anticipation along with expectation...wait this just in Elvis has definitely left the building, I do hope this is not a scam. RSVP

Appalling service. Order 19/1/12 received 5/3/12. Website states allow 28 days or we will contact you. NOT. Also had scratchie card that said I had won. I had 3 of $1000 in a line. 2 cups in a line and 2 of $500. The front of the scratchie docket said: "Scratch the three panels below and if any prize appears more than once in that panel then you have won that prize." The whole scratch thing on the front of the card must be to get people like me thinking they have won a big prize, so as to get us to make an order from your catalogue. Where in actual fact the prize is NOT determined by the scratchie on the front, BUT by a code on the back. Mine was a mug. WHAT A SCAM !

I placed an order on 30/01/12 it is now 12/03/12 and my order has not arrived. After numerous attempts to contact them by phone, I have finally got hold of them this morning and they have assured me it will be here next week but it has been out of stock. I will wait and see but some communication would have been good.

Appalling service. I ordered a paint pen to cover scratches on the car in December 20th. I also had a lucky strike that said we had won $3000. I had 3 of those in a line. I had to write to them twice and did not receive the pen until March 6th. I only received a cup. What does it take to get the prize money, What a con! Very very disappointed.
