I have not enjoyed going to the cinemas recently because of the LINES. The "online ticket pick up only" line can be longer than the regular, which makes me wonder why I pay $2 extra for it. Then, at the entrance to the theatres the lines get even more confusing. On the other extreme, the entrance can be un-manned, people can just wonder in without tickets! The pre-movie experience often put me off that I don't enjoy the actual movie. So please, EVENT cinemas, hire more staff, train them well, and manage your time schedule better because I'm on the brink of giving up on going to the movies.
