The Company of the Lance is a non-profit medieval themed jousting group based in Auckland who provide jousting & equestrian based displays for education and entertainment around New Zealand.

We have provided jousting and medieval themed displays and tournaments for A&P Shows, Polo matches, school groups and professional sports venues as well as holding our own International Jousting tournaments each year.

We also welcome new members wanting to become involved in our activities.

We are always seeking new members such as ground crew & squires - who support us in our activities and add extra excitement to our displays with sword fighting and other weaponry, and experienced riders who can participate in our mounted skill at arms competitions and displays after training with us. Riding members will need to supply their own horses, armour and equipment, however we can help train you for these activities.
