Friendly service from staff who are clearly knitting and wool yarn experts, and keen to support others to 'pick up the needles'. In the 10 ten minutes I was there I saw two backpackers convinced that yes, they could actually knit something themselves, a woman getting an on-the-spot 5 minute coaching session (needles and yarn provided) to solve a tricky pattern problem, and I got great advice for myself on yarn options at the same time. Go Mascoes!
