17th March 2013 We had a family shoot,it went ok. Just don't expect ANY customer service once you have paid! After waiting 1 month for our finished product and no contact from the company,I left 5 messages(with no reply)until I finally got hold of the owner,he said he would find out if the place they source out to,to finish their work had it,waited...no reply. Phoned the other agency myself,they had no product under my name,and lots of complaints from other vivid customers. Called the owner back,he said he would courier our photo to me...you guessed it,still waiting!! Not impressed! Do not recommend at all,there are much nicer photographers out there
