Welcome to CrossFit Inner Strength! Our state-of-the-art facility is run by certified coaches who are passionate and dedicated to help you reach your fitness goals. No matter what your current capacity or capabilities are, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all! Conveniently located in the heart of East Auckland, we offer a variety of class times to suit everyone(TM)s schedule.

Wether you're an avid CrossFitter or CrossFit is totally new to you.

We prioritize mobility, stability, and technical efficiency in our training methodology with a strong emphasis on injury prevention and longevity in the sport of CrossFit, and also in life! For this, we need to focus on proper muscle activation, proper alignment of the joints, and sound movement patterns.
