We are CrossFit Inner Strength! Located in the heart of Chinatown in East Auckland and are the newest CrossFit affiliate in Auckland. Although we're only a new gym, our coaches have over 10 years combined experience from affiliates in New Zealand and overseas and are dedicated in making sure that you'll never look at another fitness program again after joining us. But don't just take our word for it, our members say that we are helpful, enthusiastic, friendly and our gym is well equipped with the latest gear. Haven't tried CrossFit before? Don't worry.
