NZPCF is an investment vehicle for receiving
funds from wholesale investors and offering
agreed rates of return. Those funds are then
used to purchase and secure property that has
been identified to be suitable for development
under the management of Shorcom Limited, as
well as fund the consents and construction
according to the development proposal. On
completion and sale of the end product the
capital amount is paid back to NZPCF and then
paid to the wholesale investors.
NZPCF's lending framework secures wholesale
funds at a competitive annual rate, which are
used for Shorcom's well-managed projects.
