The Q Building offers two cutting-edge conference rooms equipped with all the amenities you need for meetings and presentations.

To hold a meeting in a classroom setting, use the Rimu Room. The Rimu Room, which can accommodate up to 20, is an excellent choice for big team meetings. It can also be configured as a boardroom.

You can rearrange the seating in the Kauri Room to fit your presentation best and accommodate up to 30 people. The Kauri Room, which is private, secure, and temperature-controlled, is ideal for large gatherings.

Do you want catering for your event? Just include it in your booking enquiry. We can accommodate all dietary needs. Additionally, we offer barista coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic drinks from the mini fridge in each room.
