I offer zoom appointments and face to face appointments at my either my Te Atatu clinic in Restore Wellbeing or my Takapuna clinic located in Boost IV. I spend 1.5hrs on an initial appointment going through a clients whole health history and we come up with a realistic plan that targets any current health issues and offer follow up appointments to then introduce maintenance ideas. I particularly like challenging health conditions and connecting the dots. Many of clients wish they had of come and seen me earlier.
