Yogagym - Well being, Connection and Belonging
Yoga, to me, has been the cornerstone of being able to fulfill an active lifestyle. Movement and well-being are important. Family plays an integral role in my life and being physically and mentally fit has enabled me to take an active part in the upbringing of my children.

Through my learnings as a yoga instructor, connectivity plays a major role in a persons well being. As the COvid 19 Pandemic has tried its best to isolate us, research shows that having a strong network of support or strong community bonds fosters both emotional and physical health and is an important component of adult life. At Yogagym, we encorage connectivity and community through our yoga classes, yoga retreats and nowcorporate yoga.
