I teach, facilitate & coach people and groups through major life issues. I specialize in helping people overcome issues with drugs and alcohol addictions; changing their mindset; learning to cope emotionally, clearly express & communicate emotions and increase emotional intelligence; violence alternatives and understanding anger; teaching practical techniques & tools to those that have been diagnosed and misdiagnosed with mental health; teaching ways & methods that build relationships that need to be reconciled, rebuilt and restored.
