With a uniquely holistic approach combining Nutrition and Psychology, Lisa specialises in the emotional side of eating. She supports clients to achieve optimal health and wellbeing through empowered eating and authentic lifestyle choices. If you are struggling with your relationship with food, Lisa can help you learn to eat more intuitively to nourish both mind and body and overcome challenges with body image, digestion, chronic dieting, emotional eating, binge eating, orthorexia, low mood, stress, energy and fatigue. Recognising that thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and experiences impact digestion and assimilation, and acknowledging how food and nutrients impact mood and behaviour, Lisa considers symptoms to be opportunities for personal growth and transformation. Working with Lisa will allow you to make meaningful connections between how you are feeling, how you are eating, and how you are living, and then you can begin to make more conscious and compassionate choices about how you feed your body, mind, and soul.
