My name is Sheree Porter and I am Porter Property Management! Yes I am a one man band and thats how I intend to stay, as my goal is to offer you exceptional personalised service. I was born and bred in Auckland and am a 100% locally owned and operated independent Property Management Company covering the North Shore and Central Auckland area.
After 8+ years working for two of NZs largest Real Estate brands I decided to go alone. I hear you ask why? Well a Real Estate Agencys main objective is to list and sell houses and that was certainly not my core focus at all. I am passionate about Property Management, thats all I do 100%, so why work for a Real Estate Agency where Property Management tends to be treated like the second cousin.
I am not a run of the mill Property Manager, I know all my clients; both tenants and owners by sight and name, and to enable me to provide a Guaranteed level of exceptional personalised service my focus is to manage 50 selected properties at one time.
