Just great! Francis turned up a little late, but found the problem after a little time spent fixing what I thought was the problem, only to find that the copper waste pipe had had a leak apparently going back almost 50 years.Understated time charged, and did a great job. I would have no problem recommending him for (almost) any job. He is a nice bloke too.

Francis called and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided interim fix within an hour which included going off to get the part required. Also explained the cause and what needed to be done long term for permanent fix. Good reliable service. Oh to have good pressure (and hot water) in the showers again!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Friendly office staff made our bookings. Francis did a great job and and we received lots of advice and help with finding suitable plumbing and gas solutions for our home and budget. We will be using BT Plumbing and Gas again in the future.

Very happy with the service. Rang BT Plumbing at 2 pm an Jordan and Luke arrived around 9am the next morning.

We had a problem with the hot water overflow pipe which has been looked at by another plumbing firm but not fixed. Frances arrived and spent time sorting out what the problem could be. Once he had checked everything he said it was the kitchen mixer tap. Once he had installed the tap the problem was solved. Great work.

Having previously used the BT Plumbing team in 2013 for some major and urgent work, I needed them again this week to repair some leaking hot water cylinder valves. From the immediate professional attention by Bonnie to book the job and finding a suitably convenient time, to Ben arriving to assess the work required and completing very professionally with clear skills the tasks required to a swift conclusion and checking everything was as it should be you cannot fault the friendly service provided. I would always go back to the team at BT Plumbing and have and will continue to recommend them.

We had Frances come out who was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He has fixed our problem and given us extensive advise on what to do going forward. I highly recommend this company from the lady who called me back to the communication during the process to Frances being on site and fixing a problem we have had for nearly two years. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable are professional.
