We offer mindfulness-based meditation, yoga, spirituality workshops and classes to small groups and individuals through the MatAgi programs. All workshops and classes are non-religious. The workshops and one-to-one sessions are conducted at MatAgi studio in Auckland. Workshops for small groups are also offered at participant(TM)s home or workplace.
Mindfulness is an incredible tool to help understand, tolerate, and deal with our emotions in healthy ways. It helps us to alter our habitual responses by taking pause and choosing how we act. When we are mindful, we experience our life as we live it. Additionally, Mindfulness helps to reduce ruminative thinking that contributes to the high levels of stress that are so prevalent in our society nowadays.
Fees for the programs are based on donation as we believe, that meditation, yoga and spiritual teachings are priceless. Students make monetary offerings for teachings according to what their heart tells them.
