Wynyard Estate Saffron produces Premium Grade 1 Saffron in Central Otago, New Zealand. We supply Saffron threads and also manufacture oeHawk Eye - a natural dietary Saffron supplement for people looking for a natural way to support and maintain their eye health.

We are the only grower in NZ who annually tests Saffron quality using the strict ISO 3632 Saffron Quality Standard. All our Saffron is processed under NP3 food safety programme, supported by fraud control checks and has a Health Star Rating of 5. Hawkeye is manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility in NZ, is Non-GMO, generally regarded as safe (GRAS status) and is examine through microanalysis to ensure it is compliant. Our labelling is approved under the Therapuetic Advertising Vetting Service (TAPS), as such is compliant with NZ law.
