Produce, meat and fish used are fresh on the day and our friendly experienced staff applies traditional methods to cook various authentic Pacific island dishes.
Our cooks and staff are certified in the food industry. We follow the FCP (food control plan) to keep our standards high and ensure people are safe.
We dress the head table and buffet tables at an exceptional standard; we also supply the disposable plates and cutlery, however, we can supply plate ware at a small cost.
At the venue, we can transport our 6.0m x 2.5m mobile commercial kitchens to cook where ever with the use of our own water, gas and power supply. There is also spits that can be utilized to roast your pig or mutton
There are other services that can be provided on request; Videographer, Photographer, Mobile Dj, Karaoke and cultural dance groups.
