19th June 2020 Honestly a hassle free experience! I have not met the gentleman as we are based in Auckland, but had a consignment that required collection from the Christchurch freight depot to be delivered using a hiab to our customer (a High School in Riccarton). John's service, procedure, communication and handling of the consignment were spot on, I can't fault him. He was very helpful, honest and true to his word. I look forward to working with him again.
