20th October 2018 They were helpful in the beginning but the fun starts once you need a refund. Ordered a new network card and it came in but didn't include blue tooth (original does). So I returned the card and asked for a refund as I need blue tooth in my laptop.
Sent several emails over the last 2 weeks and until this day still no refund.
Avoid yourself the hassle and don't go here if you want good service
