Yvette Bracefield (DipABRSM, DipATCL, and DipArts) is a music teacher with five years teaching experience from ages four to seventy. Yvette currently teaches fifty music pupils and enjoys performing at gigs and listening widely to music. She has a 100% pass rate with student exams and a strong success rate with auditions. She has prepared students to sing at weddings, recitals, competitions, and even at the rugby, where she has sung also. Yvette teaches both singing and piano technique, aiming to give great freedom of expression and enhanced enjoyment of music to the performer. Much of her tuition centers around interpretation and the releasing of bodily tensions. She additionally teaches music theory to almost all of her students and believes reading music is essential to musical success. Her charge is $61 for the hour, $45 for forty-five mins, $31 for thirty mins, and $21 for twenty. Fortnightly lessons are an option. Enrollments for next year now open.
