We provide strategic and business consultancy, training and resource provisioning services. We have considerable experience in assessing and developing organisational capability, P3M people and performance.

Project Plus have offices in Wellington and Auckland and resources in many areas and we are on the All of Government (AoG) panel for contract resources and have applied to be included on the AoG Consultants panel for project assurance activities. We use an Associate framework. Our people receive peer and professional development support and are included in our insurance (PL and PI) schedules.

Our Consultancy services include capability assessments (both organisational and individual), portfolio and programme management appraisals, project health checks, IQAs and Post Project Reviews, framework design and implementation. We are the first organisation in New Zealand to be accepted into the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Global Consultant Registry.

Our Training solutions help you to up-skill and retain your people. We have developed a tiered structure teaching project-based management methodologies and skills using 'hands on' project leaders and professional trainers. We recognise that different people have different requirements and different learning approaches. The training reflects real-life organisation and project scenarios, not just theory.

Project Plus are a Registered Education Provider (REP) with PMI and a PRINCE2 and MSP Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) with APMG.
