Thorrington Village has 31 villas, with a combination of two and bedroom villas, some with walk-in garages, others with a carport.

The Village also has 13 serviced Studios that are attached to the Thorrington Home. These Studios provide for a higher level of assisted care and support. Residents can also receive rest home care into their studio, when necessary.
