We want a world of sustainability and efficiency. Where product lifecycles are maximised, where reuse of products becomes the norm not the exception. Where we don't have to buy something new because there's no reasonable alternative.
To do this we have to change the way people view pre-owned tech. Trust and quality of service are paramount. Where you receive what is committed to. And where everything is put right if and where it needs to be.
We want to see a time where a majority of people think first of repairing or buying pre-owned before they think of buying new.
That's what GoodTech is all about.
It's a long hard slog and it has to be done.
