19th February 2020 I purchased an item online 2 weeks ago. I have at no time received any order confirmation from this company and yet paymetns have been taken from me. I contacted them a week ago and they seemed completely unaware of my order and yet continue to take the payments!!!! So 2 weeks on and I still have not received any resolution, nor refund, and my order has not even arrived. They haven't even responded to my last couple of emails. I highly recommend you DO NOT use this website/company.

13th December 2017 WARNING DON'T USE this site . Yes purchase turned up within a reasonable time . BUT product was WRONG , TOTALLY unusable for its purpose. After many attempts to contact, through their web page , Facebook messenger ( to which I could see my endless messages viewed ) not on reply .
USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION, BUT I WONT BE USING AGAIN , NOR WILL THE MAMY PEOPLE I TELL . VERY POOR AFTER SERVICE!!!!
