Our journey began back in 2005, swapping essays, mix cd(TM)s, pop quiz(TM)s and developing black and white film in the darkroom. Fast forward a few summers later, after a long chat on a clifftop overlooking the sea, we moved back to our hometown, tied the knot in a meadow and created Wildwood.

We spend our days renovating our 90 year old Villa, swimming in the pacific and tripping all around New Zealand photographing one of the grandest days in someones life. Our job has taken us to faraways lands, tropical paradise and we(TM)ve made some lifelong friends along the way. We have been lucky enough to have our work published online and in several print magazines such as Hearth, Belle Lumiere & Magnolia Rouge.

When we(TM)re not shooting weddings, Alex is writing and playing music in his home studio and overseas, while Claire designs for label Surfclub & shoots select photography commissions. So, what has led you here? We would love to hear your story
