Woolmates is a small business based in Dannevirke, New Zealand. Our wool slippers are sourced from Germany where we have family who manufacture and sell wool products and have successfully created a well-known, trusted product range within Europe.
The wool used to produce our slippers comes from the World Wool Market where New Zealand is the second largest producer and the largest producer of crossbred wool.
Our goal is to provide stylish, comfortable, and above all, warm wool products to our customers. The advantages of wool far outweigh any set forth by other fibers or synthetics - wool is an insulating, hypoallergenic, ready available renewable resource.
Our products are made with customer wellbeing and the environment in mind. The wool used to create our slippers is natural with no harmful chemicals added at any point of production. The dye used for the pink slippers is natural and non-harmful.
Our merino blankets are sourced from a quality manufacture in Italy.
