15th July 2017 Customer Service in the shop in New Lynn is atrocious. Will never buy lights from here again. Completely unhelpful with a terrible attitude when we went in to buy lampshades - it all just seemed to hard for the lady in the store. That should have been enough to not buy from them but I did... 6 lampshades. Which I actually needed to return. When I tried to return to the shop explaining the situation, unwrapped and unused the woman refused to take them and refund the money. We were just outside of the 7 day return policy by a few days, but still they were just very rude and unhelpful. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Take your business to a company who will assist you with your needs not treat you like you're a hassle to serve.

19th July 2017 EDEN LIGHTING ‘s return policy is within 7 days and within 30 days we do exchange. This customer purchased 6 lamp shades on 24/06. And on 16/07which is 3 weeks later, she came to our store and asked for money back. When our sales lady told her it was outside 7 days refund policy but we can exchange or issue a store credit for her. She just said she would sell them on trademe and left. Our policy is clearly written on the receipt and post in our store counter. We have been running this business for more than six years. Our aim is to bring our customers the best products and services. Internet is free and it is an open place to talk. Everyone should be responsible for their statements.
Nice shop, good services. Have been getting lights for renovation from them over 5 years. Good quality.
