Raewyn is a middle aged Personal Trainer specialising in mid-life issues. Clients work in the privacy of her studio and everyone achieves their goals, with Raewyn as an 'unreasonable buddy'. With laughter, friendship and support, GETSET Training will help you to achieve the lifestyle, health and fitness that you are looking for.
Every Client has his/her own personal training programme, created according to their personal needs. There is no financial commitment to a Gym, as each client only pays for their own supervised workout.
As well as PT work, Raewyn is available as a motivational speaker and is passionate about women's health and helping people to 'age with strength and a smile.'
