People come to counselling to talk about all sorts of things which may be troubling them. It may be anxiety or stress, or the experience of bullying. It may be self confidence and self esteem that is worrying a person. Some people come to talk about grief from the passing of a loved one or it could be that a person would like support with personal development or difficult life challenges.

It is through counselling conversations that together we look to find what works for you and how you might move towards the life you hope for.

Reduced Rates: If you have an income which limits you in paying the standard fee and are not able to receive WINZ assistance for counselling we can chat about finding a fee that works for us both, as I offer a limited number of reduced rate sessions. Please ask if this is your situation as I am committed to working with people who are committed to overcoming problems.
