We've just came out from a fixed term tenancy with this landlord and our experience was terrible. We had all kind of issues with the flat from shower not working to issues with lights, keys, insulation. The property manager Young Zhang was slow in communicating (weeks of unanswered emails) and left most of the issues unresolved. Our son was born prepamurely with respiratory issues and when we asked an early termination of the fixed term contract due to the poor insulation they coulnd't care less. In the end we took the case to the Tenancy Tribunal, they've ended the fix term contract and provided compensation for some of the issues.
